How to apply:

– Download and/or print the Application form

– Read carefully and fill out all applicable fields

– Scan/copy the form and email to – [email protected] – make sure the subject is written as “Application” followed by your first name

– Once we have processed your application, we will contact you via email and/or phone to finalise your membership
